Allen Thompson

Allen Thompson, VP Enterprise Data & Analytics at The Hanover Insurance Group, is responsible for developing and implementing data, analytic and intelligent solutions for the enterprise.

Allen Thompson has more than 20 years of experience in direct marketing, predictive analytics, data management and business intelligence and was most recently an Executive at Bank of America in the Global Banking Division.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Allen spent 12 years with marketing and analytic software providers in the areas of solution development and relationship management supporting many different verticals.   Thompson has years of experience in sports analytics, gaming, asset management and the insurance industry.

Allen received his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from Northeastern University and an MBA in Business Data Analysis from Bentley University. In addition, he is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds advanced degrees in direct marketing, client server development and enterprise solution development.  Allen has also published several papers on advances in data mining and methodology.

Kami Shehadi

Managing Partner

Kami Shehadi is an analytics veteran with almost 20 years of hands on analytic experience across multiple industry verticals.    Kami has held direct and strategic roles implementing data driven business strategies in casino gaming as well as B2B and B2C industries.

Kami has a background in the casino industry and was responsible for the implementation of an advanced analytics and business intelligence  department within a casino resort.  Key areas of experience include but are not limited to : optimization, market basket analysis, data warehousing, market segmentation, cluster analysis and decliner/incliner segmentation.

Kami has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Canisius College.
